Not everything is checked. Each town's page lists what it leaves out. Other rules, such as easements, deed restrictions, environmental limits and historic review, can also affect a project.

Privacy

What you type stays in your browser. The numbers and addresses you enter are saved only in this browser, so they are there when you come back. They are not sent to this site.
The address lookup is the exception. If you press "Find my lot and zone", the address you typed goes to the State of New Jersey's public parcel service, and the lot's map position to the regional zoning map run by the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority.
Your license key. When you unlock the table, the key is checked with Gumroad and kept in this browser. "Remove the key from this browser" deletes it. Payments are handled by Gumroad; this site never sees your card.
Visits. The host keeps standard server logs, and Vercel Web Analytics counts page views (which pages, the referring site, country and device type). It uses no cookies and stores no personal information. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
